PCF Annual Report 2019

The Faces on the 2019 PCF Annual Report represent frontline workers, nonprofit leaders and neighborhood advocates who work tirelessly to ensure the community is safe, supported and their daily needs are addressed. Amongst the changing landscape of a pandemic, the recipients of PCF grants highlighted are a critical link for restoring our community health.
