Green Book of Tampa Bay is a nonprofit agency that publishes a Black-owned business directory to support Tampa Bay businesses. With grant money from the PCF Venture Philanthropy Fund, the agency is able to provide other supporting services as well.

North Greenwood residents formed the Clearwater Martin Luther King Jr. Neighborhood Center Coalition to spearhead salvation efforts for the Historic Clearwater MLK Center. Pinellas County Schools leased the building to the Coalition for $1 per year until they could secure funds and renovate the facility.
