Pinellas Community Foundation Privacy Policy
Pinellas Community Foundation (“PCF”) is committed to maintain and protecting the confidentiality and security of private information furnished to us by donors, potential donors, volunteers, and staff of nonprofit agencies that receive or request funding. This policy discloses PCF privacy practices and includes information on how to control your information.
When donors contribute to certain funds (donor-advised, scholarship, and community), the advisors of the fund are able to see donor names and the amount contributed. If requested by the advisor, we may also share the mailing address of those donors so the advisors may send their own acknowledgment.
Donors are also publicly recognized in our annual report. Any donor may at any time request anonymity, and PCF will honor these requests.
PCF does not sell, rent, loan, or otherwise share any personally identifying information you provide with any individual or organization. In accordance with federal law, PCF does not and will not knowingly collect any personal information from those under the age of 13. Furthermore, no part of this Website is designed to target or be used by anyone under 13.
PCF occasionally provides links to external websites from our website that it may believe to be of value to you. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, PCF makes no representations whatsoever concerning the content or privacy policies of those sites.
While we strive to protect the personal information of our users, PCF will release personal information if required by law.
