Pinellas Community Foundation collaborates with our Fundholders to offer scholarships that help students of all ages overcome financial barriers to higher education. Let one of our scholarships support you in building a brighter future.
The Don Smith Family Scholarship
The Don Smith Family Scholarship, in Memory of Brian Lee Smith, awards scholarships each year to Stetson University College of Law for the educational benefit of law students who have been members or regularly attended a Boys and Girls Club or currently volunteer with a Boys and Girls Club.

Costas G. Lemonopoulos Scholarship Fund
The Costas G. Lemonopoulos Scholarship Trust awards scholarships to children of NALC members attending St. Petersburg College or any public, four-year college or university supported by the state of Florida. Scholarships are renewable for one time only.
The trust was established in 1985 by the late Costas G. Lemonopoulos, a retired letter carrier and member of West Coast Florida Branch 1477 in St. Petersburg.
Dennison Rusinow Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship to benefit high-performing graduates of St. Petersburg High School, with a preference for students from families having immigrated from the states of the former Yugoslavia.
Joy Anne Harris Scholarship Fund
Benefits students over the age of twenty-five, who are attending St. Petersburg College in the evenings.
Kathleen Monahan Foundation Fund Scholarship
The Kathleen Monahan Foundation Fund Scholarship provides financial support for high school seniors from Tarpon Springs in their pursuit of a performing arts education/career.
The mission of the Kathleen Monahan Foundation Fund (KMFF) is to support, promote and fund the performing arts and arts education opportunities for arts organizations, professional artists, and residents of the greater Tarpon Springs community. The KMFF’s focus is to increase the ability of people from all cultural and economic backgrounds to experience the joy and wonder the performing arts bring to our lives.
Lari White Cannon Scholarship Fund
The scholarship funds shall benefit graduating seniors from Dunedin High School. Applicants must have a demonstrated involvement in the performing arts while in high school. Applicants must plan to pursue a secondary education in the performing arts at an accredited educational institution. Scholarship recipients must be in good academic standing and must possess a 3.0 or higher GPA upon graduation.
Myra and Dug Cooley Scholarship Fund
National Aviation Academy Scholarship
The scholarship fund assists students attending the National Aviation Academy through two types of scholarships. Scholarships for current students are based on academic performance and scholarships for newly enrolled students are based on financial need. Students can apply for the scholarship through the National Aviation Academy.
Selma B. Graham Scholarship Fund, in memory of Warren J. Bowman
Scholarship Fund benefits students in the areas of law, medicine, and nursing. PCF distributes scholarship funds to Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg College, and USF Health.
Stand Up for Change Scholarship Fund
To provide scholarships to survivors of domestic violence and/or people of color residing in the Tampa Bay area pursing a career in criminal justice. The goal of CASA’s Stand Up For Change Scholarship Fund is to improve the experience of domestic violence survivors and people of color in the criminal justice system and create a system more reflective of the individuals it serves.
Tarpon Springs Senior High School Art Heritage Scholarship
The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide scholarships to support graduates of Tarpon Springs High School who are pursuing higher education in the visual arts.
