New Visions of the Well, the selected Lead Agency for the Community Support Hubs, applied with Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services (Gulf Coast JFCS) and People Empowering and Restoring Communities (PERC) to serve as partners in launching the Hubs. Each organization’s original contract with PCF is available below.

In early 2024, PCF and New Visions of the Well mutually agreed to enter into an updated agreement to align with anticipated Hubs operations. The contract below remained in effect until the Lead Agency transition in June 2024.

In June 2024, Lead Agency responsibilities transitioned from New Visions of the Well to Gulf Coast JFCS. During this period, the original agreement with Gulf Coast JFCS was amended to support transition activities. In October 2024, a new contract was formalized with Gulf Coast JFCS as the Lead Agency. This current contract is available below.

The SSO Selection committee met in-person on November 16 to interview SSO applicants. An agenda from that meeting is available. You may watch a recording below.
