Suncoast Jazz Festival Legacy Fund

The primary purpose of the fund is to perpetuate the Suncoast Jazz Festival and help ensure its future by accepting contributions and making distributions from the fund, from earnings and principal, to Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc. (d/b/a Suncoast Jazz Festival). A secondary purpose of the fund is to meet extraordinary needs of Suncoast Classic Jazz, Inc. in meeting its ability to manage and produce the Suncoast Jazz.
