About the PCF Aging in Place Fund
Aging in place means having the freedom and support to grow older in the comfort of home. The PCF Aging in Place Fund ensures that older adults in our community can maintain their independence while staying connected to the people and places they cherish.
The fund provides grants to nonprofit organizations delivering vital aging support services across Pinellas County. From home safety upgrades to transportation and social engagement programs, these services directly improve the health, safety, and well-being of older residents.
