About the Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions Endowment Fund

Advancing academic excellence, civic engagement, and public understanding through solutions-directed, nonpartisan public policy programs.

The Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions (ISPS) at St. Petersburg College serves the Florida College System through high-quality, solutions-directed, nonpartisan public policy programs designed to strengthen civic understanding and community engagement.

ISPS supports students and community members by creating opportunities for education, dialogue, and connection around the purpose of government and the critical issues shaping our communities.

The Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions Endowment Fund provides long-term, reliable support so ISPS can continue expanding public discourse, student engagement, and community-focused learning for years to come.

About the Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions Endowment Fund

The Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions Endowment Fund is established to sustain and grow ISPS programs that advance:

  • Academic excellence and educational enrichment through public policy programming and learning experiences
  • Community engagement and civic involvement that connects students and residents to dialogue about government and public issues
  • Economic vitality and public understanding through information-based events and solutions-directed initiatives
  • Nonpartisan public discourse that promotes civil, objective conversation and deeper understanding

Why an Endowment Matters

ISPS’ mission includes promoting and facilitating student engagement, enhancing civic and community involvement, serving as a center for public discourse, and identifying economic initiatives that benefit communities across Florida.

An endowment creates a stable foundation for this work, helping ISPS plan confidently, respond to emerging issues, and expand programming that supports informed participation in civic life.
