About Creative Clay
Established in 1995, Creative Clay is a nonprofit organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida, dedicated to making the arts accessible to all. Our mission is to help people with disabilities achieve full and inclusive lives by providing expressive, educational, and vocational experiences in the arts.
We offer a variety of programs designed to engage and empower our artists:
- Community Arts Program: Provides ongoing studio and performing arts opportunities for individuals with disabilities five days per week.
- Artlink: An employment program that mentors individuals to become working artists who actively create, market, and sell their work.
- Creative Care: An arts in wellness outreach program bringing creative experiences to various community settings.
- Transition: In partnership with Pinellas County Schools, this program supports students with disabilities in their transition to adulthood through artistic engagement.
