Tragedy Turns Into Action

Following a tragic family loss, Dolores and Allen Mortimer turned their pain into support for so many in Pinellas County when they established the House of Mercy and Encouragement Foundation. The Dunedin-based nonprofit organization provides mental health therapy to individuals and families in Pinellas County.
