“I’ve always believed in the power of giving back—but what drew me to PCF is its ability to amplify impact. We’re not just helping one organization or one cause—we’re helping entire communities thrive.”
A proud Boys & Girls Club alum and lifelong champion for youth empowerment, Freddy Williams joined PCF to help strengthen the nonprofits that shape lives every day across Pinellas County. With deep roots in leadership, Freddy brings a personal passion for creating opportunities—especially for young people. He believes every child deserves the chance to dream big and build a future full of possibility, regardless of their background. Whether it’s through access to mentorship, education, workforce development, or the arts, Freddy knows that when we invest in people, we unlock potential that ripples for generations.
As President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast and Tampa Bay, Freddy has led transformative mergers that formed one of the largest Boys & Girls Club affiliates in the nation—operating 65 sites and reaching thousands of youth daily. His 20-year career spans high-level roles in political strategy, nonprofit leadership, and community impact. He holds degrees from the University of Florida and Florida International University, and has earned postgraduate certifications in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and performance measurement from Harvard, ASU, and Indiana University. At PCF, Freddy uses his insight as a nonprofit leader and his experience working with professional advisors—including his wife, an estate planning attorney—to help bridge donors, causes, and strategic partnerships. His goal is to help ensure that every nonprofit has what it needs to not just survive—but lead lasting change.
