The purpose of the Fund is to accept gifts and make distributions to aid in the creation of the Dunedin Public Theater Foundation. Initial distributions will help provide support to establish the organization.

Once the Dunedin Public Theater Foundation receives recognition under IRC 501(c)(3), the Fund may continue to make distributions as the organization carries out its mission in the community—bringing the performing arts to life in Dunedin.
