SPONSORSHIPS

Event Sponsorships

Pinellas Community Foundation offers limited sponsorships to support nonprofit events and initiatives that strengthen our community and align with our mission to improve quality of life in Pinellas County.

Sponsorships are distinct from grants. They are intended to create a mutually beneficial partnership, where PCF’s support is recognized and helps elevate shared community impact.

Who We Sponsor

Sponsorships are considered for:

  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or organizations with a qualified fiscal sponsor

  • Organizations and events that primarily serve residents of Pinellas County

  • Events or initiatives that align with PCF’s focus on community impact, equity, and long-term solutions

  • Opportunities where PCF’s support will receive public acknowledgment, such as logo placement, event signage, digital recognition, or printed materials

What We Typically Do Not Sponsor

To ensure responsible use of resources and alignment with our mission, PCF generally does not sponsor:

  • Golf tournaments, school-based events, or sports-related fundraisers

  • One-off events that are primarily social, recreational, or promotional in nature

  • Requests that fall outside our community impact priorities
  • Activities that take place outside of Pinellas County

Sponsorship Amounts & Timing

  • Sponsorships typically range from $500 to $5,000, with most awards closer to $1,000
  • Requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event or initiative
  • Due to volume, not all requests can be funded

Applicants can expect a response within approximately 30 days of submission.
