Jacqueline Roche
Donor Engagement and Communications Manager
“I believe that stories have the power to inspire action—and when we amplify real voices, we help build a more compassionate, connected community.”
Jacqueline Roche joined Pinellas Community Foundation with a passion for connection, creativity, and community-centered impact. As the parent of a child with autism, she brings a personal commitment to ensuring every child—regardless of ability—feels seen, supported, and empowered. She is especially drawn to causes that address childhood hunger, expand access to the arts, and build more inclusive spaces for families navigating disability. Jacqueline sees storytelling as a powerful tool for change, and she’s proud to support PCF’s mission by helping donors, nonprofits, and community members feel seen, heard, and united around shared values.
With a decade of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and nonprofit engagement, Jacqueline has led strategic campaigns that drive awareness, strengthen partnerships, and increase philanthropic reach. Prior to joining PCF, she helped expand mission-driven programming at Daystar Life Center and built a successful consulting practice focused on creative communication for values-aligned brands. At PCF, she leads donor engagement and communications—bridging the gap between those who want to give and the communities that need support. Through her work, she aims to nurture trust, elevate impact, and help build a brighter, more equitable future for all who call Pinellas County home.
