If you’ve heard of The Factory St. Pete, then you know it’s the new “creative arts destination in the Warehouse Arts District” of South St. Petersburg. The building serves as a showcase space for local artists, as well as an office space in which Keep St. Pete Lit will reside.

To understand what’s happening, it helps to experience it. That’s why Pinellas Community Foundation is opening a satellite office at The Factory in St. Petersburg’s Warehouse Arts District. The Factory St. Pete is filled with artists, nonprofits, and small businesses who are connected to support and drive business to the intertwined tenants.

The new PCF satellite office, scheduled to open in mid-April, will purposely reside with the SPC Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions (ISPS), an educational organization dedicated to advancing academic excellence, community engagement, civics literacy, and public understanding.

Maintaining social distancing, we request that you call us for an appointment. We’d love to share a cup of coffee and talk, and yes, we will wear our masks.

Open: Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
